Slider Bed Belt Conveyor

Slider bed belt conveyors have their advantages when used in the right applications.  There are a wide variety of belts and splices available that meet USDA sanitary requirements. 

Typically, a v-guide or belt tracker is recommended to keep the belt from traveling off-center.  A center drive with live nosers is sometimes required to maintain product orientation at the transfers.

Bed designs include retracting, reciprocating, or special lift-out sections for sanitation.
