ConveyorsBelt Turn ConveyorPowered belt turn or curve belt conveyors are built for tight radius turns and tight transfers. Standard turns of 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, 135°, and 180° maintain the product orientation throughout the production line and eliminate the need for pushers or pop up transfers and controls. Powered belt curves are available in aluminum and sanitary designs for the frame, with a variety of rubber and fabric belts. A mat style (mattop) chain conveyor is a more cost-efficient solution if the line layout can handle a wider radius turn.
