Ambient Cooling Conveyor

Ambient cooling or curing conveyors can be designed in a variety of ways.  A simple straight running belt or wire mesh conveyor is ideal where the product needs to maintain orientation and there’s enough floor space.  A tiered conveyor with servo driven multiple level infeeds can help keep that length shorter if the conveyors can be stacked on top of another.

In scenarios where product is traveling in mass flow, a spiral conveyor is a suitable application which can be designed as first in first out (FIFO) or first in last out (FILO)
