Tabletop Conveyor

Unlike the extruded conveyors in the market place, our tabletop conveyors come assembled with guide systems attached, motors mounted, pre-tested, and match marked. Overall, we make assembly quick and easy, decreasing your installation costs and down time.

We offer frame designs of open top, closed top sanitary, and wash down sanitary available in painted, 304 stainless or 316 stainless. Special considerations for speeds, loading and conveyor configurations are required in calculating acceptable chain pulls. Guide rails and guide supports are individually designed to meet product containment, transfer requirements, multi-lane and sanitation requirements. Numerous support designs, motor platforms and transfers are custom designed per project and customer specifications.
