Gripper Belt Conveyor

The use of tabletop engineered chains has created a significant development in product elevating, lowering and cleaning. The gripper chains come in a variety of materials, base chains, bulb designs and durometer. Adjustable width models with hand wheel adjustments are common conveyor designs. We recommend including the infeed section with motor and the discharge tails with bearing assembly to avoid fitting issues when interfaced with upstream and downstream conveyors.

High speed models include turn discs to reduce friction factors and chain pull. Air cleaning and water rinsers are among the applications available. Configurations include “z”, “c”, “u” and twists.
