Laning Conveyor

Above mounted in-feed metering belts provide a controlled flow of product into the laning section. The gates are coupled to a servo actuator through a unique telescoping guide rail system, which insures smooth, vibration-free, lightning-fast switching.

The feed mechanism and discharge gates are completely adjustable for various product heights. This sorter is designed and built to be field adapted for opposite hand discharge in a minimum time.

Using the latest in servo technology, the laner is capable of providing 50% faster laning and gate alignment accuracy of .001.
