Serpentine Accumulating Conveyor

Used for in-line or off-line accumulation, this accumulator is available in a variety of configurations to meet each application. Accumulation occurs as the centers of the product are lessened by speed change or back-up. Transfers from lane to lane are given special consideration to avoid hang ups or tipping.

Off line accumulation and re-introduction is an available option by adding diverting and merging techniques and controls . Changeovers may require adding lane caps and machined changeover turn parts .

If using for a dwell time solution, we offer optional infeeds and discharges to create longer or shorter times. Conveyor chains are selected for each application. Product cooling solutions are available with insulated enclosures and a cooling system.
