This case fill station was provided to a major confectionary which allows for bulk quantities of finished product to be weighed to a pre-determined case weight. Once the weight is satisfied, filled cases are released

And the next empty case is indexed forward. Any over fills are signaled by the plc to the operator . Complete case erecting, filling, settling and sealing systems are available.
